Objective of job

• Due to the expansion of DAI China businesses, more entities were set up recently and the tax clearance of overseas payments are more complex and time-consuming after the new tax regulations. Tax department needs strong support in L5 position to handle the tax operations, e.g. tax filing, tax clearance and advisory. We arrange this L5.2 position to support DGRC tax operations and other tax tasks.

Qualification required

• Education
• Bachelor’s degree in tax, finance/ accounting or business related subjects, majoring in tax preferred.
• Excellent communication (verbal and writing) skills in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin).
• Experience
• 1-3 years experiences with big four or as tax accountant in MNCs; Experience in tax filing and overseas payment process
• Specific Knowledge
• Familiar with PRC tax laws and regulations,
• Familiar with accounting and SAP system
• Team work spirit, Hardworking, Fast learner

Task designation

• Calculate EIT, VAT, BT, CCT, ES, LES and SD monthly
• Prepare calculation sheets according to data prepared by related departments, communicate with third party consulting firm for calculation review, declaration of the tax and fulfill the payment, filing of all calculation and payment documents
• Support manager for document preparation, research, provide preliminary opinion
• Support manager in tax audit, tax consulting, and other project. Prepare draft documentation, finish research, analyze tax regulation.
• Handle oversea payment tax certificate application
• Finish the tax certificate application process for the oversea payment, including documents preparing, tax calculation, tax paying.
• Handle IIT process for the external individual benefits
• Calculate IIT and IIT filing according to the standard process, provide tax advice to the BU
• Verify the VAT invoice (including special invoice and transportation fee invoice)
• Verify VAT invoice at month end to ensure VAT input amount can be deducted by VAT output amount in future business activities
• Purchase VAT and BT invoice and complete related work
• Purchase invoice from Beijing State Administration of Taxation and Local Taxation Bureau respectively
