Objective of job

• Responsible for business Accounting of wholesale and project, including:
• Reconciliation for wholesale portfolio
• Month end and year end closing
• Accounting project support such as ICS, Fast close, etc.

Qualification required

• Skills –general skills, personality traits,
• Analytical skills, capability of problem solving
• Strong computer application skills, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Good inter-personal skills
• Good at learning
• Functionality Skills – Process and technical skills
• Knowledge on financing industry is preferred
• Experience of SAP is a plus
• Experience and education
• Bachelor degree in Accounting or above
• At least 4 years working experience in finance related function.

Task designation

• WFS daily report printing, downloading and batch posting into SAP.
• Accounts reconciliation between WFS, SAP and Data Extraction. Maintain Wholesale Reconciliation Checklist.
• Inform Operation, IT or other department to adjust mistake after finding out wrong data in WFS system, park adjustment voucher in SAP if needed.
• SAP booking about DB loan sales; dealer deposit transactions and floor-plan interest adjustment.
• Collect and clear bank slips for WFS daily reports. Reconcile about wholesale related bank accounts. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation sheet about portfolio accounts.
• Wholesale AR related accounts reconciliation and month-end adjustment. Prepare and send out month-end reports and AR confirmation letter. Prepare dealer confirmation letter. Provide necessary data and supporting docs to other teams and auditors.
• SAP booking for Insurance related revenues accrual and clearing
• Monitor the AR aging for wholesale and insurance. Communicate with operation and insurance department to follow up the status.
• Manage the tax invoice including retail, wholesale and insurance.
• Support biz teams with wholesale new product development and process improvement, especially for checking WFS testing result from AR point of view during implementation.
• Support ICS manager to coordinate the ICS project implementation and assessment
• Support accounting related project such as ICS, fast close, etc. Communicate with HQ, BU and Accounting SSC, Monitor the project status and report to management and HQ.
