Job Description:

1. Close follow up with merchandising team to ensure timely booking with forwarder.

2. Close follow up with supplier to ensure timely cargo and customs documents delivery.

3. Close follow up with forwarder to ensure goods safe on board and timely B/L issuance.

4. Sort out and send shipping documents required by overseas customers.

5. Sort out tax refund documents.


Job requirements
Requirement: 1. Be familiar with export procedure.

2. Be familiar with shipping document preparation.

3. At least 2 years working experience in similar position.

4. Good English and computer skill.

5. Good communication skill.

6. Willing to work under pressure and team player.
