PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-Take in charge of the team budget as above
-Management of the team member in Shanghai and Chengdu
-Management of the distributors in this field
-Coordination with the other team ( AE , PE , or operation ..) to get right support

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

-Familiar with the Power plant customer in China
-Familiar with the customer in North China prefer –where we have the District heating projects also
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Work in the field on PHE or other relative products before
Top sales background better / not very necessary on the team management .
