Role Description
The role is within IBM GCG HR Delivery organization, which provides HR delivery services to IBM employees/managers including Payroll, Employee Expense Reimbursement, HR accounting, Compensation & Benefits, Offboarding and final financial settlement, Employee Data Management, and HR application support. The position is responsible for compliance testing on designated processes to validate and ensure the effectiveness of process control framework.
Responsibilities:
-Conduct SOX/compliance testing for designated HR delivery processes under the direction of BC manager/leader or alone.
-Complete the testing timely and present brief of findings to process owner.
-Assist process team to work out action plans for defects found and follow up to ensure timely closure.
-Validate the completeness and accuracy of testing plan and make corresponding update if necessary to ensure potential risk in process can be identified by testing
-Document and file artifacts of testing evidence according to corporate instruction.
-Identify main defect areas and process weakness in control via testing findings and cooperate with process team to make improvement to mitigate the risk.
-Location is BJ ShangDi
Required Skills
-Bachelor Degree in Business Management, HR, or Finance
-Ability to understand corporate HR policies and processes
-Ability to execute the fundamentals of process testing
-Good analytical ability to identify key issue and figure out the solution
-Good functional knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Visio.
-Good communication skills both written and spoken English and Chinese
-2 years of working experience as business control / auditor or similar testing work. Or in HR service area, is a plus
-Knowledge of SAP is a plus
