POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for key account management, from project implementation to daily operation of clients’ projects
- Understand client’s needs and communicate that need effectively for internal execution.
- Supervise and coordinate IT, CRM, Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure clients’ requirements are met.
- Responsible to prepare project status and manage daily account servicing requirements to ensure efficient account services.
- Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
- Dig account to ensure maximum profitability and potential up/cross sales.
- Set up back office team for both back office and call center activities.
- Design report format according to clients’ requirements and arrange regular visit to independent client portfolio for reporting purpose.
- Effectively apply company methodology and enforces project standards to ensure quality service delivery.
- Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
- Manage project budget and ensure project profitability.
Determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project.
Analyze project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization.
Ensure smooth operation and integration of IT, Operations, Consulting teams within the client project.
Manage, coach and grow Account Executive team.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English is a MUST;
- At least 3 years experience in project management, Consulting or CRM management position;
- Good strategy and process planning skills;
- Good customer service attitude and strong at problem solving;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Team work is highly expected.
