职位描述

The Business
Office Services ensure that appropriate staff, processes and tools are in place to support the efficient and effective delivery of the following services in the local office:
Reception
Conference/meeting room logistics
Print, post and purchasing
Facilities management
Records management
Business continuity
Non-technical IT support
Other shared services as required
The Role
General office administrative support including:
Reception and Switchboard management
Conference room booking and set up, including projector and notebook, food and beverage
Travel booking and arrangement
Assist in purchasing and supply (stationery, printed matter, equipment, pantry supplies, etc)
Office facilities management, including repair and maintenance, updating office seating plan
Printing/scanning/binding/mailing
Assist inn office security/health and safety
Company activities, including team meeting and events support
Other tasks assigned by the Office Services Manager, such as assisting business continuity and records management etc.
The Requirements
2+ years experience of hands-on operations of business support functions within a client-focused professional services environment
Customer service orientation; strong desire to deliver value-added support to external and internal clients
Ability to create an environment of sound accountability by communicating a clear stance on key issues
Success in the implementation of Office Services processes, procedures and guidelines that drive efficiency and service excellence
Proven strength in building positive working relationships with colleagues
Proficiency in the use of technology (e.g., MS Office, Outlook) and English
College/University degree preferred
