Job Responsibilities:
1. Making administrative and human resource regulations;
2. Responsible for working site management;
3. Monitor local health and safety laws and implement appropriate system;
4. Administrative management of fixed assets and office supplies security;
5. Responsible for Public Relations of administrative work.
6. Responsible for training and development, coordinate all the training activities;
7. Support computer hardware, software and network;
8. Contracts with outside suppliers to provide employee service;
9. Manage Employee Relationship in close co-operation;
10. Organize the Performance management;
11. Responsible for team building;
12. Responsible for salary system development;
13. Labor contract management, insurances and work permits;
14. Other assignments from Line manager.

Qualifications Required:
1. Bachelor degree major in HR Management, Business Management, Psychology or related discipline , etc;
2. Over 8 years of HR working experience and 5 years of successful experience in the management team;
3. Be versed at the Labor Law and related policies and regulations;
4. Strong problem solving skills with flexibility to assess situations from different angles
5. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills;
6. Excellent knowledge of administration work.
7. Passionate and positive with teamwork spirit;
