职位描述：
1、协助完成上级经理交付的工作及任务；
2、协助上级经理提供符合医药客户需求的营销策略方案，研究报告和战略措施，帮助客户在不同阶段设计和实现项目目标；
3、协助上级经理规划设计项目的总体解决方案，设计项目实施方案；
4、协助公司对外宣传并参与软文撰写；
5、协助项目的具体实施及执行工作；

职位要求：
1、广告、营销、医药、生物类专业本科以上背景，有留学经历优先考虑；
2、良好的沟通及协调能力，能承受一定的工作压力，勇于挑战；
3、良好的团队合作精神，适应不同团队的轮转及不同项目的配合；
4、有类似广告公司工作经历，英文流利；
5、实习期3-6个月，实习考核后优秀者可正式录用，实习期间能保证一周至少工作四天。
