Key Responsibilities:

- GM daily schedule arrangement
- GM’s working documents, letters‘ send, receive and forward
- Handling from government procedures, e.g. renewing of the Business license, overview yearly checks, Obtain new permits
- Translate and filing GM’s documents
- Set up meetings for GM and prepare minutes and record, draft and announce GM’s deci-sion
- Company internal documents treatment for GM, report in good time manner
- Office daily work coordination and cooperation
- Communication with head quarter
- In the first time also handling of different HR activities

Experience and Skills:

- 3 to 5 years in a similar position,
- Experience in Foreign Enterprise,
- Very good English, German is a plus,
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint),
- Strict logical thinking ability and comprehensive analytical skills，
- Strong co-ordination and communication ability，
- Strong work independently
- Problem-solving skills and public relations capacity
