JD:
Lead work in process quality team
Analyze installation problems from assembly line and creates Q-cards
Performs Q-gate audits
Maintains KPI’s from process quality
Core team member of daily quality management meeting
Core team member for specific R&D projects
Qualification:
Bachelor degree or above in electrical or mechanical engineering;
Experience in machine tool or related industries
Strong sense for process quality
At least 2 years of experience in managing a team
Good English written and spoken competencies
Familiar with analyzing tools such as 5 Why, Ishikawa diagram…
