职位描述
Job Description:
- Assist Sales team to obtain proper internal approval for sales quotation, sales contracts and payment request etc. to ensure internal control requirements met.
- Index and file contracts, related documents and communications for reference and as evidence.
- To co-ordinate internal and external parties regarding transportation, customer clearance, delivery and acceptance to ensure smooth process filfulling customer orders.
- Process purchase and sales orders in Oracle system, and other related transactions.
- To update the project pipeline and order on hand status reports of the department.
- To summarize the PCM situation for sales reps and dept.
- Assist Department Manager to perform administration tasks and reports.
- Facilitate communication with customer and principal.
- Assist the sales team in gathering market information and trade shows preparation, to work out promotion materials (such as translation of brochures, printing, etc.).
-Other ad hoc admin tasks.
Job Requirement:
- General commercial knowledge about contracts, international business and logistics flow.
- Office computer applications and English skills.
- Detail oriented, good working order.
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in International Business or related subjects
- Proficient with Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Command of English for daily communication.
- 1+ years experience in the area of international trade and/or logistic Experience of working in MNC preferred
