Reports to: Senior Sales & Operations Manager

Main duties

· Manage and achieve budgeted sales, profit margin, direct expenses and operating profit for all the stores in Shanghai.

· Ensure corporate strategy and goals are understood and that all stores work within these guidelines and towards the achievement of overall business goals.

· Develop good external relations, promoting the Bally image with other organizations; establish and maintain a high level of contact with host store management as appropriate (lease department, concession).

· Monitor and take appropriate action on all customer service enquiries; handle and solve customer complaints in a professionally way to reach customer satisfaction; adhere to the laws and uphold Company policy.

· Ensure that all store personnel maintain a high standard of customer service, developing customer loyalty, with a store ambience, staff and store presentation which totally reflects and fulfils the Bally image.

· Proactively assess the local trends and product offer by competitors; communicate findings with Sr. Sales & Operations Manager in order to influence future product mix and quantities.
