Position: Director of Sales

Report to: Managing Director

Responsibilities:

- Understand full range of RSN products and promote these products

- Oversee and participate in the directing, development, implementation, management and attainment corporate sales plans. These plans should be developed on both a short term and long term basis. These plans must be consistent with other functional area

- Work cross functional with Marketing on new product launches, marketing advertising promotions and other projects as necessary to assure corporate goals

- Research, develop and implement a national accounts plan, procedures, policies and implementation teams to successfully assess and enter the hyper markets

- Accountable for the negotiation of and implementation of contracts in the direct retail markets

- Proper follow the global guidelines and procedures of pricing rules for national accounts

- Oversee the national promotional and cooperative advertising efforts within these accounts consistent with corporate marketing and financial guidelines

- Accountable for the development and attainment of corporate annual sales and distribution sales and operational budget and the development, completion and attainment of local sales and distribution budgets

- Assure a continued and updated training process is developed, implement and maintained for all sales personnel and appropriate support staff

- Prepare monthly sales reports

Requirements:

- Fluency in English required

- Professional degree/qualification in business, sales and marketing preferred

- At least 3 years at an international company in similar role

- Experience in sales, marketing for customer retail and preferably wine or luxury products

- Independent, self-driven, team leader

- Strong communication with good people skills

- Strong computer knowledge
