Reporting to Accounting Manager

Main Responsibilities:

• General ledger related accounting, e.g. monthly payroll booking, monthly accrual booking including travel / logistics / rental / vacation / etc.

• Lead the monthly closing, coordinate with AR and AP accountant to ensure the monthly closing done in time.

• Lead the Hyperion loading, work out the monthly Hyperion report for Greater China Region.

• Perform balance sheet reconciliation monthly, make sure all the supporting details for the B/S accounts are properly prepared for Greater China Region.

• Spending report review and monthly analysis of actual spending vs. forecast

• Prepare related supplemental documents according to the Danaher reporting requirement, e.g. Quarter end package, Tax package, etc.

• Support the accounting manager in external and internal audits.

• Preferably a professional Oracle user, support the accounting manager to overlook the Oracle issues during the daily work.

• Other Ad Hoc jobs assigned by the accounting manager and the finance controller.

Qualifications/Experiences:

• Degree in Business/Finance or related qualification with more than 5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting.

• Knowledge of PRC and US GAAP.

• Experience of using Oracle system.

• In-depth understanding of financial/operations process and system flow.

• Adaptable to change in a dynamic environment with the initiative to improve reporting, policies and processes.

• Excellent communication abilities in English and Mandarin.

• Willing to take challenge and being able to work under pressure and multi-task environment.

• Working experience in US listed company would be a plus.
