Our client, a leading PE firm is seeking for an Senior BD professional based in Shanghai

Job Responsibilities

1). Business development / marketing
？ Assist the CEO in building relationships with key external business partners, vendors, building owners / administrators, developers, government officials, legal / financial advisors, etc. Assist the CEO in following up on all business development needs, maintain relationships and create a series of next steps that will lead to investment opportunities.
？ Assist in market assessment / research as required to assist in building new relationships that will lead to new investment opportunities for the Fund
？ Assist the CEO in external managing investor relationships, host overseas guests and experts, managing logistics on key investor relationships, etc.
2). Strategy and fund management and operations
？ Assist the CEO is development and articulation of fund and investment strategy, project management of portfolio of projects, progress monitoring, coordination and communication across various internal departments and function across cities in china as well as shanghai china headquarters and Hong Kong HQ.
？ Provide detailed documentation in regards to above, assist in creating professional internal and external documents, translation of emails / presentations as appropriate, etc. Assist CEO is managing all aspects of operations on a daily basis
3). Administration
？ Assist the CEO on daily basis coordinating and scheduling meetings, travel logistics, expenses management, internal reporting, and other misc. items as necessary to provide administrative support to CEO.

Job Requirements

？ Bachelor degree in Real Estate , Economics or its equivalent;
？ Grasp the full knowledge of the real estate industry structure and market research, familiar with Car Parking Industry is preferable.
？ Have excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills, as well as analytical thinking;
？ Carry out independent research and project analysis for the parking industry.
？ Mature, independent and presentable
？ Excellent English/ Chinese
