职位描述
A. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes at the client's side, provide Retention, Recruitment, Training, Performance, staffing etc.
1. Being the consultancy to the Department Manager and Supervisor for any labour law and regulation issues;
2. Work closely with operation departments to identify recruiting needs and imply recruiting process.
3. Implement and deliver training programs to improve management skills.
4. Perform training audit to evaluate training effectiveness and propose continuous enhancement on training activities/projects.
5. Provide guidance and coaching to all employees on employee relations issues, feedback, career planning, mentoring, etc. Manage tough situations to resolution;
6. Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies;
7. Cross communication with other site HR team and Training vendor.

C. EDUCATION/ TRAINING /EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor degree and above, at least 3-5 years' HR working experience;
2. Mature with professional attitude and able to work under pressure;
3. Fluent Mandarin / English in both oral and written;
4. General knowledge of various employment laws and practices;
5. HR Experience in MNC manufacturing is plus;
