职位描述
· POSITION OBJECTIVE
Provides country leadership and direction for the marketing of Temperature products to assure fulfilment of growth and profit goals in the China market.
· MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
· Works closely with Global Product Line Leaders to develop long-term strategies for the Temperature Products in the region through analysis of sales data and market competitive position.
· Drives execution of long term marketing and product strategies, both global and regional.
· Develops go-to-market plan and initiatives, including product catalogues, pricing, brochures, training materials, customer presentation, customer seminar and events.
· Manages local marketing team in support of the following activities:
- Communicating the overall value messaging of the Temperature portfolio including the positioning of the products relative to competition
- Identifying channel training needs and together with the training manager define regional product line programs
- Identifying regional needs and define product promotion initiatives and tools. Localize global product marketing material as needed
- Defining product requirements for new product development initiatives that will improve competitive position and meet needs of the local market.
· Provides leadership and supervision for direct reports.
- Establishes personal development plans including development needs
- Performs annual performance reviews and provide feedback
- Identifies needs and proposes organizational changes or extensions as appropriate
· Identify and remove barriers to product growth in the region. Escalate and resolve systematic problems as they are identified.
· Coordination and follow-up of product quality issues.
· JOB COMPETENCIES

2. Highly motivated and drives for results
3. Track record of successfully leading and developing marketing strategies
4. Experience leading and motivating multinational teams
5. Understands business-to-business practices and B2B customers
6. Background in industrial or process automation desired
7. Bilingual of English and Chinese
· EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
1. B.S. Degree in Engineering or technical discipline. MBA highly preferred.
2. Direct supervision experience preferred
3. Proficient with English communication in business and technical situations.
4. Fluent in reading and writing English.
5. Process control and instrumentation experience preferred
6. Job location: Beijing, China
