Key tasks and responsibilities will comprise:

1. Responsible for BB design delivery, like BB concept design, schematic design, PWB design guild line and review, production support

2. Drive the BB related troubleshooting

3 Owner of one technical expertise area inside the team, within this area, you will coach other team members in solving engineering problems, drive the technical Lessons learnt share and maintain the design guideline

4. Specifies test plan, test cases and analyze test results to ensure functionality and reliability of the product.

Qualifications:

1. The ideal candidate have a (strong) experience in HW development with a Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering, telecommunication or other relevant field in Baseband areas (Master Degree is preferred), Typically 5+ years relevant experience with focus on GSM/TD-SCDMA cellular BB design. Applies wide technical knowledge and soft skill, solving complex problems within own technology area, acting as the key contributor of the Engine, product and sub team.

2. Capable knowledge with System ASICs, Memories, Battery, SIM, ASIP, connectivity (Wlan,FM, GPS,BT,USB,uSD….) and sensor

3. Hands on experience on various BB measurement equipments

4. (Plus) Fluent speaking in presentation skills and written communication skills in English.

5, (Plus) Strong fundamentals of high speed circuit design and the signal integrity theory

6, (Plus) Knowledge on low level SW
