职位描述

工作职责:

l 销售工作

担任店铺管理工作,带领店铺完成销售任务的的相关考核指标


l 人员管理

1. 店铺人员的日常管理。包括排班,考勤,加班等相关工作

2. 开展团队建设活动,建立团队协作精神,确保员工积极的工作状态

3. 了解和发现店铺人员管理中的问题,及时予以改进和解决

4. 注重培养及选拔优秀的店铺人才


l 客户服务

1. 提高客户对品牌的满意度及忠诚度

2. 确保店铺员工售前和售后服务,主动、及时了解客户的需求和反馈信息

3. 有效地处理客人的意见和投诉


l 店铺日常运营

1. 进行每日工作检查,及时发现并解决存在的问题

2. 处理店内营运行政,包括:人员,货品,库存,陈列等

3. 能独立承担委派工作和责任

4. 确保店铺正常运营,及时反馈店铺和商场的信息

5. 和相关部门保持有效,及时的沟通


l 培训相关

配合及协助进行员工培训,包括产品知识、服务质量、基本英语及电脑操作等,以提高店铺员工综合素质,提升销售能力以达成销售目标


l 其他

协助完成店铺其他相关事宜

职位要求:

l 性别:无

l 年龄: 28~35

l 工作经验: 五年以上零售行业经验,至少一年店铺管理经验

l 行业相关经验: 具服装,化妆品等零售行业经验,有奢侈品行业经验优先

l 语言要求: 普通话标准,会简单英语口语尤佳

l 教育背景: 高中学历及以上

l 性格: 仔细认真,具有团队协作精神,可以在压力下工作

l 其他: 形象气质佳,有亲和力
