职位描述
1. Position Summary
>To lead the CRM division – a specialist division providing data insights
and campaign planning services to &C clients in Eastern China
2.Key Objectives of Role
>Drive the strategic business planning process in customer acquisition and
retention, understanding and using all key data sources
>Be an expert on 3rd party data available in China to plan how to best
contactour relevant prospect
>Establish a service offering, introducing an Applied Insights Practice
toidentify key sales and profit opportunities for clients
>Develop a &C Standard Metrics for all campaigns
>Grow and motivate a team of data analysts, planners and lead managers as
the business requires
(1)Day to Day Responsibilities
>Work with account team leading the development of data driven
(2)Communications programmers
>Understand clients’ business issues and drive strategy across all
channels and touch points
>Build relationships with management and staff (internal & external) in
business areas associated with data planning work
>Manage client expectations and promote planning/analysis & research
functions to clients
>Manage and resolve the key data strategy issues involving quality,
consistency and growth across customer and prospecting databases
>Develop the skills and knowledge within other members of the CRM
department
>Manage and co-ordinate &C network to report best practice case studies
– build overall business case for &C’s work for clients. Liaise with
other &C offices to ensure shared integrated learning
>Interrogate syndicated research material to provide answers to briefs
issued by senior planners or the account team
>Development of analytical product
>Ensure associated operational areas perform within agreed service level
agreement
>Regular client communication; resolve client issues where they occur
Mandatory Requirements
>Understanding of the use of data-driven strategies to meet clients’
objectives
>Understanding of customer relationship management, marketing
>Knowledge of cost justification procedures
>Ability to co-ordinate multiple projects; Planning and goal setting
>Excellent problem solving skills
>Excellent presentation skills - written and oral communication
>Good inter-personal communication skills. Coaching and teaching skills
>Proven ability to build close client relationships
>Strategic thinker – able to go beyond client’s brief to provide
holistic thinking to problems
>Proven track record in delighting clients by means of impeccable project
management
>Meticulous attention to detail
