Our client is the one of the listed real estate organization with principal activity in investing in China's commercial facilities. They have expanded into mainland property marketing with outstanding performance, gained a superb reputation in property development, investment and management in China and have received numerous awards for our quality property portfolio.
As a Marketing Manager, you are required to assist in developing project director positioning, marketing strategy, product pricing and the development of quarterly and annual marketing plans, media placement, sales deployment and commercial podium part of the investment plan. You will be coordinate advertising, production, or a third party company to complete the project to promote the desired advertising,copywriting validation, on-site packaging, marketing props, as well as conferences, on sale activities to promote customer relations themed events. You will be responsible for the company development, the project's brand strategy, unified management of external image, build brand's high-end image. You are also required to effective use of existing resources, planning and organizing the implementation of targeted marketing work to follow up the effect and make appropriate adjustments.
The ideal candidate would have a Degree in marketing or business management or related field with 4 years of marketing experience, there are real estate developers work experience, at least two years of management experience.
