Role Summary

The People Programs Practitioner role is responsible for ensuring high maturity of people capability maturity management standard through PCMM5 ( people capability maturity model level 5 ) program management as PMO . And facilitating compliance with global related program with necessary customization for the business, e.g. employee survey , leadership survey , and talent development. There are two dimensions to this role – delivery and design, and depending on the role/position, a person may be responsible for one or both of these dimensions.

At the design level, this role creates and manages the global blueprint for specified HR programs, particularly under the umbrella of inclusion and diversity. They act as the SME on their specific area within I&D, manage the global scope and approach of programs, drive specific initiatives, and ensure successful implementation of Accenture’s inclusion and diversity agenda.

At the delivery level, this role acts as an interface between the entity Field HR teams and global design teams. They interface with the CoEs and ensure that consistent information is being passed on to Field HR to enable design and implementation of people programs. They are also responsible for designing and deploying an effective marketplace strategy and approach for HR programs.


Key Responsibility


Program Design
Accountable for effective project plan , and management of PCMM5 sustaining or re-certification when necessary , through related process owners in each operation area
Accountable to monitor talent development program development by integrated with training needs and business priorities on talent and capability development
Tracking , analysis , review and implement program plan and effectiveness, report status under schedule
Estimate, monitor and report program progress, status and effectiveness
Accountable for effective design and delivery of programs at the GU level
Create a rolling plan, aligned to the 5 year roadmap, for HR programs
Build robust programs to address known issues within the I&D space and identify potential new areas of work in I&D
Support the building of segment specific programs in different inclusion and diversity areas, in a manner that ensures consistency of approach and alignment to global intent
Engage with global teams to bring relevant people programs to the various entities in the GU and to support customization of these global programs to suit local needs
Build commitment to program commitments, targets and goals across leadership levels
For inclusion and diversity specifically, this role may be required to work on widening the scope of initiatives in their specific I&D segment area, as needed
Keep up to date on trends and metrics and run regular diagnostics to support strategy formulation
Consolidate and report progress to area level HR and business leadership as required
Build own expertise in I&D by attending diversity seminars/summits and creating relationships with local diversity focused organizations
Program Delivery
Provide overall direction for the implementation of people programs at the GU/DTE level
Identify opportunities for new programs and initiatives within the I&D space
Build strong business case for new initiatives and gain leadership buy-in
Design and deploy new programs and initiatives working closely with CoE/GU/DTE contacts as required for global deployment
Manage initiatives as per program budget
Develop metrics to help track progress on specific people program segment areas
Review effectiveness of programs and take corrective actions as needed
Build and maintain online repository of knowledge, updates, best practices etc for easy access and retrieval
Support and drive local implementation of global I&D programs such as IWD, LGBT Month and PWD Month
Work closely with global I&D teams to set up and create local diversity employee resource groups
Consolidate and report progress to global and local stakeholders and leadership


Requirement:
· At least 4 years’ HR related experience.
· Program management experience will be a plus.
· Bachelor degree.
· Good English ability.
