The position of Dalian / Wuxi Business Technology Site Leader has become available. The purpose of this role is to proactively champion business value-driven BT aligned initiatives. You will partner with PGM site leadership to drive the optimum balance between quality, cost and utilization of their business system investment and manage the site BT portfolio.
You will be the single point of contact for PGS site leadership and be a member of the leadership team. This position will act as a business partner with responsibility for:

? Drive value realisation and continuous improvement for core global systems (e.g. SAP, AMPS, gLIMS, etc) deployed at the sites.
? Managing future systems strategy and ensure the needs of the business are addressed;
? Implementing appropriate governance structures to ensure proper communication channels are in place;
? Overseeing the incident and service request process and escalation for the site;
? Ensuring system compliance with relevant regulations and Pfizer policies and procedures, with particular focus on IT Systems Compliance (GMP, SOX, etc);
? Directing the efforts of the team in the development, implementation and support of business processes of site specific systems;
? Planning and managing capital budgets and related spend;
? Ongoing management and coaching of the performance of the team.

You will be required to attend site leadership meetings and strategy sessions and must be forward thinking in providing solutions to complex business process issues.
Your success in this position will be ensured by your:
? Strong leadership, communication and business / BT strategy experience;
? Experience with large and small system/application implementation and management;
? Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing;
? Knowledge of computer validation and cGMP.
Applicants must hold a Bachelor Degree in Science, Engineering or Information Technology or hold other relevant qualifications. A Master in Business Administration is desirable but not essential.
