工作内容
1. 全面负责分公司综合人事行政财务工作

2. 负责绩效考核、薪酬福利、社保、人事档案、企业文化、员工发展的管理
3. 根据公司的业务目标，制订分公司的招聘计划并实施
4. 负责公司固定资产、低值易耗品申购及公司装修等行政事宜

6. 财务申请、核对、支付、报税等财务相关工作

5. 完成日常工作及上级领导交办的其他工作
职位要求
1. 大学本科以上学历，人力资源管理、行政管理、财务管理等相关专业
2. 五年以上工作经验，其中，两年以上管理经验（IT公司任职经验优先）
3. 具有较强的沟通能力，工作认真、有责任心和团队精神，并能承受较大的工作压力
4. 优秀的书面及口头表达能力，熟练运用office等办公软件
5. 熟练掌握相关政策与法律
6. 有会计证
7. 南京户口优先
