Basic requirements

Personal

Education

University degree, preferably technical degree relevant to the automotive industry

Very good command of spoken English language , reading and writing

Good Microsoft office skills, engineering software a plus

Working experience

At least 3 years overall working experience out of which

Minimum of 1 year sales experience in automotive interior industry, ideally in one of TBCHs main competitors (JCI, Faurecia, Magna, Lear, …)

Preferably previous working experience in Sales, Purchase or Program Management

Well connected within Daimler China and BBA with proven experience of successfully acquired projects

Knowledge of Daimler/ BBA requirements, documents, standards, procedures

Actual experience of American or European business(Daimler, BMW, …)

Team or group leading experience preferred

Job tasks

Primary customer interface and contact, relationship & structure management. i.e."One Face to the Customer"

Business acquisition: planning, coordination, configuration. Customer visits, product presentations, definition of products to be offered, strong involvement in technical and commercial aspects in pre-RFQ and RFQ phase

Preparation of RFQ quotations

Proactive engineering & innovation marketing & tracking.

Program Maintenance: Commercials and "change management", etc. on existing programs.

"Current Business" sales forecast responsibility, with profitability performance.

Customer team management

Bridge Resources between OEM and TBCH plants.
