Description
Reporting to:
Head of Network Planning, Design & Product Configuration, SSD, in GSC China
Responsibilities:
- Line Management and People Management
- Support Global Service Center China KPI &OPI fulfillment
- Competence development on Network Planning, Design & Product Configuration in MSS/UDM/IMS area as per assigned headcount frame
- Resource plan and service request fulfillment
- Guarantee service delivery quality
- Cost center budgeting and follow up
Main Tasks:
- Building up a team with excellent MSS/UDM/IMS Network Design & Product Configuration competence
- Following up of GSC KPI's, OPI's and measurements
- Guaranteeing the fulfillment of global mandates
- Operational resource planning for ongoing service deliveries
- Ensuring service delivery performance and efficiency
- Managing resource utilization as well as over- and under-absorption
- Attract, select, develop and retain key competences and resources
- Development of the organization's maturity level to fulfill the present and future needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, major in telecommunication or related
- Rich experience of Design & Audit & Product Configuration in MSS/UDM/IMS
- Rich experience in people management
- Excellent communication with Regions and GSD/PDU
- Excellent leadership
- Excellent English skills, both oral and writing abilities are mandatory
