Job Title: Analyst - Controlling supervisor
Superior Position: Controlling Manager,
Working Location:Changchun

Leading and review the preparation of financial reports to management in order to provide accurate information for decision making within a timely manner.
Responsibility for the analysis of all company key figures
Monitoring of the procedures from financial and controlling point of view and ensuring their implementation in related unit activity.


School Education:
Bachelor degree in accounting or finance

Language Skills: fluent mandarin, good English, German language is a plus
Job-related Experience:
8 years or above in accounting or controlling (at lease 5 year in controlling area)
Additional Knowledge / Skills / Experience:
- Be able to focus on details
- Honest and high trustworthy
- Experience with production controlling is preferred
- Experience with SAP is a must

Tasks / Area of Responsibility
1 Planning:
Be responsible for leading and review the preparation of operation related subjects in annual budget, quarterly forecast and monthly forecast in close cooperation with the department in charge in the related subjects.
Be responsible for leading and review the preparation of the cost center planning for the Yearly Standard costing and QRHR.
2 Reporting:
Be responsible for review all operational and D&D related subjects in weekly/monthly/quarterly management reporting, and ensure the timely reporting without miss deadline.
- Review of the weekly flash report
- Review of the cost center report
- Review of the project internal order report
- Review of the running and development project profitability
- Review of the assembling line hourly rate for quotations
- Review of the intercompany quotations
- Review of the Monthly HCL KPI review report
- Review of the Monthly ETC report
- Review of the Monthly PGH/BS/Net liquidity report
- Others
Be responsible for the preparation of R&O report.
Be responsible for the white paper preparation.
Be responsible for the review of BS, and clear the long-term items.
3 Analysis:
Be responsible for the review of analysis of production and D&D financial results and KPIs in order to provide accurate information for decision-making with a timely manner
- Analysis the cost center deviations from Budget ,YEFC and M+1
- Analysis the production variance from Standard costing
- Analysis the production KPIs, such as Labor efficiency, scrap %, NQE, productivity and so on
- Analysis the KPI deviations from Budget ,YEFC and M+1
- Analysis the Key topics from ETC
- Analysis of D&D reports
4 Controlling:
Be responsible for company internal control process
- To ensure the revenue related process implementation and quarterly review
- To ensure the expenditure related process implementation and quarterly review
- To ensure the production related process implementation and quarterly review
- To ensure the accounting related process implementation and quarterly review.

Be responsible for Lion measure evaluations
Be responsible for the EPW release
Be responsible for CO working manual and lesson learn review and documentation
