Job Title：Administration Supervisor/行政主管

Working Location：Changchun

Responsibility 工作职责：

-Vehicle management, plant area green and facility maintenance; 车辆管理和厂区绿化；

-Company bus, canteen, property service, office supply and PPE management; 班车、食堂、物业以及办公、劳保用品的管理；

-Communication with the external organization; 相关外事联络事宜；

-Administration on management; 行政管理；

-Other task. 领导安排的其他工作。

Qualification 任职要求：

-Bachelor degree, major in company management or related aspects; 学士学位， 公司管理或相关专业；

-CET6, good English both in written and oral skill and computer operation capability; 大学英语六级， 流利的中英文书面及口语表达能力， 熟练的计算机操作技能；

-At least 5 years related working experiences in big factory or auto industry; 5年以上汽车行业或大型工程相关工作经验；

-Good communication and leadership, team work and problem solving capability. 良好的共通能力、领导能力、团队合作精神以及出色的独立解决问题的能力。
