职位描述

Job Targets and Decision Making 岗位目标及工作权限
"1、负责所分管客户的日常管理工作;
Be responsible for daily administration of the customers in charge
2、完成销售情况的统计,上报
Statistic and report of sales status
3、SAP销售数据输入,维护
Input and maintain sales data related to SAP system
4、协调、跟踪和保证成品交付率100%
Coordinate, track and ensure 100% of delivery rate of finished goods
5、销售部门的档案管理工作
Archive the documents for Sales Department"











Main Focus of Duties and Responsibilities 主要工作职责
"1、 市场工作/ Marketing:
? -市场信息的调研和收集
Study and collect market information
? -负责编制年度销售计划及滚动销售预测计划
Create annual sales plan and sales forecast rolling Plan
? -维护和扩大市场占有率的各种工作
Maintain and enlarge market share
? -市场营销策划
Market sales planning
? -新产品项目谈价,报价,协调
Price negotiation, quotation and coordination for new project
2、 产品销售 Sales:
? -编制销售计划以及销售额计划
Create Sales Plan and Sales Turnover Plan
? -执行销售行为,组织合同评审,与顾客建立有关合同事宜的联系
Responsible for sales and organizing contract review, communicating with customer on contract related items.
? -完成销售情况的统计,上报,结算,分析
Statistic, report, calculate and analyze the sales status
? -负责产品售后服务,建立与顾客沟通的渠道
Service after sales; create the communication channel with customer
? -质量信息的接收,传递和反馈
Receive, communicate and feedback the quality information.
? -与DC配合,完成货款回笼
Cooperate with DC to withdraw the funds from customer
3、 SAP系统操作/ SAP System Operation:
-负责SAP销售数据的输入及维护工作
Input and maintain the sales data information on SAP system
-负责SAP系统客户主数据的维护更新
Maintain and update the customer master data into SAP system
-负责SAP系统客户定单的输入
Input the customer order on SAP system
4、 客户管理 Customer Management:
? -负责客户满意度调查的计划和实施
Plan and implement customer satisfaction survey
? -客户相关质量、环境要求的传递及信息交流
Communication regarding quality & Env. Requirement of cust
- 遵守公司EHS相关规定及标准 (14001 & 18001 etc)
Comply with EHS related regulations & standards
- 及时向主管经理或EHS 管理者代表报告发现的任何EHS事故、未遂事故、不安全的条件以及不安全的行为等
Report EHS-related issues to manager / EMR in a timely manner: incidents, “near misses,” unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, etc
- 按要求对不符合规定的条件及活动进行整改及履行EHS 承诺
Correct the non-compliant conditions or activities as required & fulfil the EHS commitment
- 积极参与EHS 的持续改善
Actively involve into EHS continual improvement"

Required Competency and Qualification 任职能力及资格
1. Knowledge 知识
Education 学历 本科或以上程度 University degree or above
Foreign Language 外语 良好的英语或德语运用能力Good command in English or German
Computer Skill 计算机 熟练运用相关办公软件Be good at related office software (MS word, excel, powerpoint)
2. Experience 经验
Auto or related experience 汽车或相关行业经验 三年以上汽车行业工作经验 At least 3 years working experience in automotive industry
Management experience 管理经验 N.A.
Project leader experience 项目管理经验 One or two project leader experience is preferred
Project member experience 项目参与经验 Project experience is required
Intercultural experience 跨文化工作经验 At least two years working experience in JVs or foreign invested company
