Job Summary & Responsibilities:

Mission of function

- Managing current supplier base to ensure the onetime delivery with good quality at competitive price; Sourcing new qualified suppliers to ensure the profitability of the new projects; build-up a qualified team to provide sufficient and effective service to internal &external customers

Dimensions of function

- Implementing and living a consistent supplier management system

- Responsible for achieving the purchasing KPIs

- Ensuring the competitiveness of the company in terms of purchasing prices by tacking related measures to continuously improve the current situation

- Lead the team to performance by giving training, guidance, and implementing necessary processes and follow up all activities by clear tracking and action plans

Responsibilities:

- Professional and disciplinary management and coaching of the staff members

- Monitoring and improve current supplier performance on Quality, Cost, Delivery

- Develop purchase strategies for sieries parts in cooperation with the management and ensure the implementation of the set-up strategies.

- Identify strategically cost saving opportunities and drive into reality continuously

- Developing/sourcing new alternative suppliers to ensure the new project in line with the target cost and time line

- coordination and communication within cross function team for problem solving

- Monitoring the MRO purchasing performance

- Dept. budget set up and cost control

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree

- Proficient English in oral and written

- Majored in business management with mechanical background

- 8 + years experience in auto industry purchasing field and 2year+ experience on managing level with leadership

- Good analytic skills / good team player / international experience / good process knowledge of purchasing processes and tools
