运营管理及对公司运营标准化的贡献
1. Organize a monthly project manager meeting regularly, find and solve the problems, and praise the staff who is well behaved during work;
每月一次定期召开项目经理运营会议,提出工作中存在的问题,及时整改;表扬工作中表现优秀的员工;
2. Organize a quarterly errorarea site manage meeting, find and solve the problems, and praise the staff who is well behaved during work;
每季度定期召开一次分区项目点经理队长运营会议,提出工作中存在的问题,及时整改;表扬工作中表现优秀的员工;
3. Define distribution of shifts and people per manager with principle of equity
根据公平公正的原则合理安排管理人员的工作;
4. Yearly define the expectations for the project/errorarea manager , explain them, evaluate the project/errorarea manager once a half year, and employee career development meeting with supervisor once a year, report to operations manager who can be the future project manager ( site manager)
制定每个项目/区域经理的年度任务,解释并进行每六个月一次考核,每年做一次项目/区域经理的个人职业生涯发展规划,推荐和汇报可以担任重要职务或可提升的人员名单;
5. Yearly define the expectations for the supervisor , explain them, evaluate the supervisor once a half year, and employee career development meeting with supervisor once a year, report to operations manager who can be the future project manager ( site manager)
参与制定每个主管(现场经理)的年度任务,解释并进行每六个月一次考核,每年做一次主管( 现场经理)的个人职业生涯发展规划, 审查和汇报可提升的人员名单;
6. Supervision and coaching for subordinate, daily administration management for site.
监督、指导下属,合理安排好各营运点的行政和业务工作;
7. Keep mobile phone on during 24 hours, come to the site on time when something emergency happened, report to the direct manager, and deal with the emergency properly to minimize the loss;
全天24小时保持电话畅通,定期对各营运点的工作进行检查;遇到突发事件,及时赶到现场进行指挥、调度,并汇报上级;妥善处理突发事件,把损失降到最低;
8. Inspect the work quality irregularly, check with the work record and the CCTV record;
对各营运点的工作进行检查,查看各项工作记录、巡视点检记录和监控录像记录等;
9. Check the company assets and the usage of the materials on the operation site regularly; Examine and maintain the facilities and equipments regularly on the site.
到各营运点检查公司固定资产、物品使用情况;定期检查营运点的设施设备;
10. To understand the problem and propose the solution to Business Unite Manager if need, organize the implementation after get the approval.
发现问题并制定解决问题的方案,然后向业务单位经理提出方案,得到批准后,组织实施解决
11. Care for the staff and know about what they are thinking about, and organize the team building activity to improve the team cohesiveness on site.
关心员工,及时了解员工的思想动态;带领员工积极参加公司组织的各项集体活动,提高团队凝聚力;

1. Support and cooperate HR Department’s work

2. Lead and supervise for finding candidate to fill the vacant position.

3. Lead and supervise each site to submit non-criminal and health certificate, plus other relevant errorforms HR requests.
领导和督促各个项目点上交无犯罪证明和健康证明,及其它公司要求的人事表格;
4. Timely adjust personnel according to the current operation situation of company;
根据公司营运现状及时做好人员调整;
5. Care about staff attitude and their career development, help and couth them how to finish their working targets in daily work.
关注员工心态变化、及时疏导,帮助并有效指导部门员工在正向的心态下达到公司要求的工作标准及目标,让员工的职业发展更有效。
成本控制及对财务工作的支持
1. Support and cooperate Account & Finance Department’s work
积极支持和配合财务部的工作;
2. If Ops must be involved, to follow the guidelines from Fin or BUM, Supervising for getting payment from client
带头遵守财务或业务单位管理的要求, 监督对每月应收款的催讨工作
3. Responsible for inspection and supervision any expenses and cost application, to control the cost at first place for company.
负责检查和监督管辖区域内的任何费用报销和费用申请,为公司把好第一道费用开支关
4. To put in place the resources on site pay attention for the cost saving and cost control, be operational aggressive when doing costing for Profit Center. Cost control is not only expenses and material cost control but also labor cost and OT cost control.
监督合理安排运营工作和各项目点的资源, 注意节约成本,做好成本控制,成本控制不仅限于物资和费用成本控制,也包括人力成本控制及加班成本的控制。
全员销售及对销售工作的支持
1. Support and cooperate Sales Department’s work
积极支持和配合销售部的工作;
2. To find and identify any business opportunities, to looking for new potential client.

客户沟通与客户满意度
1. Strengthen the communication with the clients, understand the clients’ complaints and advice and report to direct manager, confirm right action plan to improve our services, never promise the clients without any permission from the company
加强与客户的沟通,认真对待客户的投诉与建议,及时汇报上级;确定出适合的解决方案回应客户要求,未经公司允许,不得擅自承诺客户;
2. Visit the client every month with his/her point of contact.
每月一次访问客户指定联系人,及时了解情况并上报

1. Review and define the standard on site according to customer requirement
领导和督促各个项目点根据质检部门的报告和评估及时改进和提高服务质量。

1. Work out training plan with Training Department according to the specific condition of every site; supervise the training plan implementation at each errorarea and site after confirmed by training department.
结合营运点实际情况,配合和建议制定培训计划,经公司培训部门确认后,监督各个区域和项目点实施培训计划。
