职位描述
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Commercial Policy
? Participate to the definition of the commercial policy (costing policy, sales conditions, selection of markets, advertisement and promotion efforts) and perform its implementation
? Look after the implementation of:
- Selling price level
- Margin level
- Discount level
- Terms of payment
- General sales conditions
? Define, in liaison with general management, prospecting and sale strategy and implement it
Marketing
? Supervise the marketing, be responsible for the implementation of the marketing mix as it has been defined by the general management
? Validate the marketing plan established by the marketing department
? Participate to the conception of new offers
? Propose adaptation or abort of existing offers. Participate to the decisions on those subjects
? Conceive the global communication policy according to the axis defined by the general management
Development
? Propose development axis in accordance with the strategic plan
? Supervise and put into practice the sales policy on the field which include:
- Sales forecast
- Achieve a personal target of contracts (or other amount as may be revised yearly by management).
- A part from weekly reports, drafting information about competitors and market
- Results follow up, expenses follow up and optimisation of margins
? To be in constant contact with important potential clients and prospects and to play a part in important contract negotiations.
? Manage his own portfolio of direct prospects.
? Possibly ask the financial department some studies on the solvency of potential prospects.
? Obtain the prior general management approval for the costing dispatching.
? Assist the OPS department for project hand over (respect of contract terms).
On Request duty
? Support branches on special project assignment
? Any other duty assigned by management

? With business development personnel of branches to animate and organize work
? With clients, in order to maintain good relationship
? With hierarchy to inform on a regular basis of the good management practice, submit practical problem and submit reporting
