- Steer the project status of all the team members
控制整个项目团队成员工作情况。
- Support team activities
支持团队活动。
- Organize meeting for all relevant topics in regards to the team
组织团队相关会议。
- Systemically review the project status of all the team members, coordinate project related actions, task and monitor escalation levels
系统评价项目所有团队成员情况,协调项目相关的行为、任务和监视器升级的水平。
- Maintain and update the QM-Supplier Parts dashboard based on information from QM-Supplier Parts.
基于从QM-Supplier Parts取得的信息，维护和更新QM-Supplier Parts系统。
- Prepare the presentation for status day
准备状态汇报。
- Prepare and organize for events (Group events, management events).
准备与组织活动（集体活动、管理事宜）。
- Coordinate appointments and information concerning all QM-Supplier Parts.
协调关于所有QM-Supplier Parts的会议和信息。
- Prepare presentations for the direct management
准备直接管理的介绍。
- Support line manager and team coordinators for team related topics
为相关主题支持上级领导和团队。


Qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent qualification in subject area plastics, metal, electrical, mechanical engineering, vehicle
本科或同等学历，主修塑料、金属、电气、机械工程、车辆等。
- Experience in supplier management, process technologies, and various common voting methods in the automotive industry
具有汽车行业的供应商管理，工艺技术，各种常见的投票方法等方面经验。
- several years of experience in the automotive industry
数年的汽车行业经验。
- QM-Supplier Parts.
QM-Supplier Parts经验。
- Line manager
担任直接管理。
- MC-6x functions
熟知MC-6x 功能。
- Other function groups as required
其他组织要求的能力。
- English is a must, German would be a plus
英语流利，会德语优先。
- Willing to travel
可以出差。
- strong personal commitment, teamwork, customer-oriented thinking and acting
