Production Manager / 生产部经理
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Managing all production functions for the department
? Budgeting, recruiting, hiring, and training of Production team, to meet the MXA Test Operation output needs.
? Budgeting, monitoring, controlling and improvement of Production team related expenses, and contribution to overall Test CPP improvement.
? Ensuring MXA Test site is able to achieve various ISO certifications and pass customer audits, as required.
? Interacting with peers and other Departments globally as required.
? Reporting, coordinating and communicating production logistics for MXA across Test globally.
? Monitoring, reporting, improving, and addressing issues with safety, yields, throughput, and performance metrics.
? Responsible for performance of all production related processes.
? Responsible for Disciplinary issues within the Production team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
? Bachelor’s degree or above, Fluent in the English language
? Have a minimum 5 years manufacturing management experience.
? Have strong communication, interpersonal, relationship building, and team building skills.
? Have strong analytical, and performance management skills.
? Be proficient with semiconductor Test reporting and data tools and manufacturing software systems.
