岗位职责：
1. 数据收集及分析，维护部门数据库；
2. 独立撰写中英文房地产报告；
3. 独立撰写专业媒体约稿或接受采访。

岗位要求：
1. 本科以上学历，房地产、经济、营销等相关专业优先；
2. 两年及以上房地产市场分析经验；
3. 英语专业八级或CET6，英语笔译能力较强；
4. 对市场具备敏锐观察力，中英文表达能力良好。
