Base Competency:
*Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering or other related field
*Preferred Green Belt Six Sigma
*Good understanding in quality management and related tool boxes
*Solid working experience of problem-solving methodologies such as 8D.
*Experience of continuous improvement at suppliers
*Good understanding of ISO9001/ISO14001/TS16949
*Minimum 5 years of experience in quality work especially towards suppliers and international sourcing in China
*Experience from industry environment and international companies
*Experience in supplier development and project management
*Fluent in English in both writing and verbally
*Discipline and team work spirit
*Strong technical understanding in drawing and specification
*Proactive personality is a must and self driven
*Good and reliable communication skills and ability to develop practical solutions
*Willingness to drive continues improvement
*To have personal situation to allow extensive travel
*Practical approach and structured personality with systematic thinking
*Cross functional team player


Key deliverables:
Be a part of GST China team and build up a strong quality assured supplier base to DeLaval new factory in Tianjin which also can support other factory of DeLaval around the world; To be part of the team building supplier base with strong commitment to the principles of continues improvement
*Validation, evaluation of suppliers’ performance to ensure sustainable and competitive suppliers in China
*Participate in technical reviews with suppliers in order to ensure project on time and continuous quality to meet specification during series production
*Implement the supplier quality processes according to DL best practices and policy
*Ensure and support SQA team within GST China for measurable performance, controlling and reporting of suppliers
*Participates in cross-functional cost reduction initiatives
