Description

• Responsible for design, development and maintenance of tools of service and test automation.
• Involve in whole software development phases, include coding, testing, integration and documentation.
• Collect and discover new requirements from user and involve in new feature development.
• Provide support to users in different countries.
• Design and Implement System Integration, Test and Verification.
• Design & Optimization service delivery;
• Continuous innovation & improvement on the efficiency of network design & optimization service delivery;
• Re-use and share knowledge within the company;
• Perform testing, debug node/system issues and verify compliance of interfaces and features
• Handle customer site support case
• Travel for joint development and customer site activities on demand


Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or Telecom Engineering, or relative working experience.
• Experienced in OOA and OOD, experienced in data structure and algorithm design
• Working experience of Rose and UML (Preferable).
• OAM knowledge in Network Elements for Radio and Core Network Node or NBI will be a plus
• Good knowledge of following protocols:
- CORBA,SNMP, FTP,SSH,SFTP,Telnet,IIOP,SOAP,XML.
- NETCONF,CMIP,JRMP,RMI and RMI-IIOP is the plus.
• Prefer work experience in following domains:
-Transmission networks like SDH/WDM/MSTP/VLAN.
-EMS,NMS,NBI
• Prefer he or she is familiar with following CORBA middleware: Micso Focus Visibroker/Visinotify,JacORB,TAO
• Familiarity with UNIX/LINUX OS, Sybase DB, CORBA and scripting
• Familiarity with Chinese Operator OAM Specs and NMS will be a plus
• Experienced in Web development is a plus
• Good knowledge on some areas of the software Programming:
- Linux
- SQL/Oracle/MySQL/DB2
- Java, J2EE
- CSS/HTML/XML/JavaScript
- C/C++
- Perl/Python
- TCL
- VB/VBA
- Android SDK and NDK
• Experienced in automation framework such as TestNG and JUNIT is a plus
• Experience of integration test, testing method and technologies is a plus
• Familiar with mobile system technology and protocols in one or more of the following areas is preferred: LTE, WCDMA, GSM, TDS-CDMA
• Fluent in oral & written English, be able to fluently communicate with users in different countries
• Strong communication skills and human skills
• Innovative spirit
• Good team player
