Responsibilities:

1. Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
2. Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
3. Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
4. Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client
5. Works with the development team to review testing results, issues and potential quality problems and find out solutions
6. Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards and processes.


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above
2. Minimal 5 years or above working experiences in software development
3. 2+ years of successful testing management experience in a product development environment
4. Must be able to efficiently manage multiple projects, set priorities and maintain schedules
5. Advanced knowledge of Software Testing theories and practices
6. Proficiency in written and spoken English; Leadership; Patience
7. Able to innovate; must welcome challenges, work hard and take ownership.
