Job Summary:

Responsible for local Sales &Marketing Activities and Key Account Management in the designated area

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

1.Achieve sales objective and expense budget in the assigned area

2.Initiate and follow up key projects assigned by National Marketing team together with local team, monitor performance of local team and distributors regularly to ensure yearly target is achieved

3.Work closely with National Marketing team so as to exploit full marketing intelligence

4.Assist in the appointment of suitable distributors

5.Set sales target together with local Sales team for appointed distributors

6.Cooperate and works closely with Sales team and distributors

7.Assist in yearly budgeting exercise

8.Assist in working out forecasting for products required by market

9.Initiate key action plan for VIP and monitor the process ensure the target is achieved

10.Ensure overall customer satisfaction and responsible for VIP account management.

11.Prepare weekly report

12.Other tasks or projects assigned by line manager

13.Conduct business in full compliance to Behavior in Business and Behavior in Competition

Education& Qualifications:

1.At least Bachelor Degree in Clinical Diagnostics or Appropriate Science discipline and / or Business Degree

2.Good command of English in both spoken and written

3.Good command of MS office software application

4.Product & Application Expertise

Experience:

Experience in hospital laboratory diagnostics work or 3 years Sales experience in a similar industry
