职位描述
Main responsibilities:
-Keeps an awareness of the competition, their strengths, weaknesses, sales and marketing methods and philosophies.
-Plans, promotes and coordinates selling Dr?ger products in the assigned industry segments.
-Assures the confidentiality of the customer list and other sensitive company information.
-Monitors and generates sales of Dr?ger products to ensure sales goals and market share are acceptable for the assigned industry segments.
-Maintains direct sales continuity with customers, including end users.
-Attends and participates in industrial trade shows and similar meetings for the purpose of displaying and promoting Dr?ger products.
-Ensures expenses are controlled and justified within budgetary guidelines.
-Must be thoroughly knowledgeable on the assigned Dr?ger product lines and competitors as they relate to Dr?ger products.
-Remain current with governmental, local and industrial safety regulations and policies with respect to the Dr?ger product being sold.
-Manages and maintains consignment and demo equipment (products)
-Communicates to customers the up-dated information needed in their decision-making concerning products of interest.
-Ensures orders are accepted in accordance with approved pricing and terms of sale.
Requirements:
-university graduate majoring in Electronic or Chemical.
-at least 3 years technical sales experience of industrial automation & control or instrumentation products preferred.
-good social and communication skills, open-minded, honest.
-a strong desire to learn new applications and technologies .
-ability to work in team under pressure and eagerness to travel.
-good knowledge of English, use of PC (WORD, EXCEL)
主要职责:
负责呼吸防护及便携气体检测仪器产品在武汉地区的销售;
开发工业客户业务,建立并维护与工业大客户的良好合作关系,促进业务持续增长;
开发及管理代理商;
根据区域实际情况,制定并负责代理商与客户的产品培训活动;
要求:
大学本科以上学历,石化、环保以及相关专业者优先;
三年以上相关工作经验,熟悉工业市场(拥有个人防护或气体检测类产品销售经验者优先);
具有较强的市场开拓及客户管理能力,以及与人沟通的能力;
具有销售渠道管理经验;
具有在压力下工作的能力;
具有强烈的责任心以及团队合作精神;
良好的英语听说写能力,能熟练掌握电脑办公 MS Office 软件的运用。
