职位描述
GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Managing foundry production in Changsha.
2.Reporting to plant manager.
3.Responsible for quantitative, scrap and delivery targets etc
4.Work in close collaboration with HR/EHS functions to improve safety, attrition rate etc
5.Driver for continuous improvements in foundry
6.In collaboration with support functions implement Federal Mogul standard in production
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
?Bachelor degree or higher in foundry engineering
?Minimum 5 years working experience. Preferably from foreign investment company
?Good understanding of cast iron foundry production and preferably also machining of different cast iron.
?Ambitious person with ability to take lead in changes.
?Chinese, Basic English
?Experience from managing position
?Transparent and clear in communication. Good listener with ability to express own opinions. Able to communicate both at shop floor operators as well as management.
?Strong integrity
