Position Purpose:
Closely work with global carbon technical team. Lead the lab transferring from current QC orient to customer application service orient lab.

Responsibility/Duty:
1.Global technical communication and lab improvement, including new technical project introducing.
2.Daily lab management, including planning, organization, efficiency improvement, coaching lab team, training sales team, etc.
3.Close communication with sales, technical service team to solve technical issues.

Position Requirements:
1. Strong knowledge of the basic principles and laboratory applications.
2. Have a complete understanding of the scope of each lab project and knowledge of what deliverables are to be met
3. Daily lab operation work: Lead and manage laboratory to have well operation under SOP in a safety environment; Lead to perform all basic calibration and maintenance of analytical system internally and externally; Well organized to arrange lab testing priority according to all orders schedule; Generate quality monthly report and lab management report
4. Global technical communication and lab improvement: new project introduction, quality analysis and trend, calibration etc.
