Job Responsibilities
Automobile Insurance claims processing
Claims handling and investigations
Risk assessment and mitigation
Damage assessment
Evaluation of Liability Exposure ？
Claims reports and documentation
Policy interpretation
Requirements:
College degree, training of car insurance claims
Min. 3 years experience in handling car insurance claims in a insurance firm or in a car dealer, preferable in Mercedes-Benz dealership
Technical knowledge for car and car repair
English skill needed for composing clear, concise descriptions when posting files
Basic understanding of insurance principles including coverages and terminology
