Role Purpose

Working as Team Assistant offers great perspective for the future development of the professional career. It gives people the chance to extend their knowledge and develop new skills which will help them get a better and well paid job.

Their responsibilities include providing administrative support to the team leader and playing a role in enhancing communication. Most part of the job includes dealing with people, organizing and participating in meetings and trying to solve conflicts as well.

Key Accountabilities

Administrative support

• Handle telephone conversations and traditional correspondence
• Send and receive emails
• Prepare reports and send memos
• Plan and schedule team meetings
• Attend meetings and jot down the minutes
• Prepare different documents and required material
• Order and maintain office supplies
• Make travel arrangements
• Handle data bases

Communication Role

• Maintain long term relationships with clients
• Maintain collaborating relationships with company's staff
• Participate at conferences
• Communicate effectively with all team members

Personal Specification

• At least 1 year experiences in relevant fields
• Good written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English
• Interpersonal and intercultural competences
