高尔夫全国经理：(Golf Country Manager)

岗位职责： (Job Responsibilities)

1、 根据公司的销售战略目标，负责高尔夫全国业务运作的计划、组织、协调和控制；

According to the company's sales strategy targets, is responsible for the golf national planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling of business operations;

2、全面把握公司高尔夫市场状况，了解同业竞争策略与消费有效需求，为公司产品的市场定位提供科学的决策依据。

Fully grasp the company's Golf market situation, understanding effective competitive strategies and consumption demand, market positioning for the company's products provide the scientific basis for decision-making.

3、负责拟定高尔夫销售预测及行销计划。

Responsible for developing golf sales forecasts and marketing plan.

4、全面负责公司高尔夫业务各项目标和计划的落实执行。

Overall responsibility for the company's golf business objectives and implementation of the plan.

5、经销商开发与维护，全面负责公司客户信息管理，妥善处理营销层面的客户投诉问题。

Dealer development and maintenance, and overall responsibility for the company's customer information management, and properly deal with the marketing level of customer complaints.

6、定期主持召开公司营销工作会议，全面准确地握公司的营销运行状况。

Company marketing meeting which convened on a regular basis, fully and accurately hold the company's marketing operation.

7、全面负责协调高尔夫与公司其它部门之间的工作关系。

Overall responsibility for coordinating golf and other sectors of the working relationship between.

8、负责对公司营销人员进行业务指导和专业培训。

Responsible for operational guidance and professional training for corporate marketers.

任职要求：（Requirement）:

1、专科及以上学历，5年知名高尔夫球场同岗位管理工作经验；

College degree or above, 5 years working experience in renowned golf course with post management;

2、熟悉高球运作的所有工作环节与流程，具备全盘操作管理能力；

Become familiar with golf operations of all aspects of the process, with overall operating management capacity;

3、具有较好的组织协调、沟通及管理能力；

With a better organization, coordination, communication and management capacity;

4、具备举办大型高球赛事的能力；

Have the capacity to organize major golf tournaments;

5、优秀的英语听说能力，能够熟练使用计算机办公软件；

Excellent English listening and speaking skills, and be comfortable using computer office software;

6、具有积极开放的心态，能承受工作压力。

With a positive and open attitude, and be able to work under pressure.
