RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Network and system setup, maintenance and support
2. Responsible for IT infrastructure operation
3. enterprise product maintenance and support
4. Perform daily IT operations include setup, monitor, reporting
5. Establish formal procedures for operational support and information security management

JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor degree in computer science and related scientific discipline.
2. Strong IT infrastructure skills with 5 years experience related field
3. Familiar with architecture and network, security knowledge
4. CCIE Certification will be priority
5. AVAYA call center knowledge and experience is plus
6. Good knowledge and experience on network infrastructure. Strong trouble shooting skill on LAN and WAN
7. Good interpersonal communication skills in English and Chinese with co-operative
8. Able to work in a demanding environment where quality of work is essential
9. Strong analytical skills, pro-active, fast learning, supportive and self-motivated
