POSITION PURPOSE
To carry out consumer product’s development and increase the quality of current products, to make the product’s function be compatible with the market according to China Johnson’s product development plan.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
1.Develop comprehensive knowledge of New Product Development Procedure.
2.Develop knowledge of Formulation Development Procedure.
3.Develop knowledge of Formula, Specification and Lab & Manufacture Process.
4.De familiar with analysis test methodology and work with QA to set specification for both raw material & finish product.
5.Have the ability to plan and control the processing of the new product development.
6.Develop knowledge of consumer needs, product performance and competitive environment.
7.Establish working relationship with people in Headquarter and in other country to get its technical assistance, and update local progress of the projects, and submit related paperwork as required
8.Establish working relationship with Mktg. Brand team to know the requirements of the market.
9.Establish working with relationship with Packaging and Factory to ensure the successful manufacturing of the developed products.
10.Establish working with RM supplier to get new information.
11.Carry out the development project of consumer products and also the cost reduction project and increase the quality of current products.
12.Have good lab work custom, be able to do test independently and do function evaluation and also keep lab records and follow all of the Safety, Heath&Enviroment (SHE) requirement.
13.Be familiar with government’s regulatory, new product registration procedure to ensure that every testing index of our products is in accordance with the relevant government’s requirements. Should have sound relationship and good communication with government test body. Follow all of the Safety, Regulation&Enviroment(SRE) requirement

QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE
1.University degree or above in Chemistry or Chemistry Engineering, working experience in refine chemistry industry is preferred. For the chemist working for insect control formula, the entomology knowledge is preferred.
2.Good communication skill, both in Chinese and English. CET-6 is a must.
3.Basic computer skill is required, such as Office and Windows, etc.
4.Good ability to develop work and solve problems independently. Shall also have innovation approach to address the problem.
5.Good Team player and foster collaboration among the team members.
