Introduction 职位引言
- For Siemens Financial Leasing Ltd, we are looking for Business Development Manager to achieve business targets by managing existing vendor partners and developing new partnerships in line with company strategies and policies.

What are my responsibilities? 我的工作职责是什么？
- Ensure systematic identification of local market trends, portfolio developments and new vendor acquisition opportunities according to company Sales and Risk Strategies.
- Develop local and international vendor partner opportunities and establish, implement and manage vendor financing programs.
- Ensure high quality introductions and feasibility studies of the potential vendor programs to internal interfaces and managements.
- Manage and monitor the performance of the vendor programs, ensure necessary activities so to achieve fiscal budget/targets.
- New product development if needed by the vendor partner, market trend or internal requirement.
- Ensure high quality trainings to both internal and external customers.
- Create general reporting and statistics.
[Interfacing]:
- External partners, internal legal consultants, Risk management, credit analyst, field sales.

What do I need to qualify for this job? 我如何才能胜任？
[Experience]:
- More than 5 years experience in related industry in sales/customer oriented positions or more than 3 years experience in business development function or key account sales in leasing or finance company
- Experience in cross functional working environment with proven solid performance.
- Experience in multinational companies or reputable finance/banks is preferred
[Knowledge]:
- Knowledge of related markets (construction machinery, agriculture machinery, food processing equipment, vehicles, trucks, buses and etc.)
- Experience in new business development, new customer acquisition is preferred.
- Knowledge in asset financing or equipment sales financing business
- Basic knowledge on legal and tax policies in China
[Skills]:
- Excellence in spoken and written English including excellent conversational and interpersonal skills.
- Excellence in presentation and negotiation skills (at least in Mandarin).
- Willingness to travel and work in self-discipline basis. (local travelling time of 30%~40% can be expected)
- A dynamic and adaptive leaner.
[Education]:
- Bachelor or above degrees major in related areas.
