- From our SRE Asia-Australia BD&Portfolio Management, Siemens are looking to recruit a Portfolio Manager.

What are my responsibilities?
- Support and drive the development of a regional strategy, including monitoring its implementation and effectiveness
- Support the Head of Business Development & Property Portfolio Management Regional Area Asia-Australia in her/his decision making
Strategic planning
- Support the develop a regional strategy in alignment with the global SRE strategy
- Support the develop of a AMU strategy with AMU support; monitoring its implementation
Portfolio Management
- Support AMUs in their portfolio management
- Ensure completeness and correctness of the portfolio management (i.e. data entries)
- Drive the right action / decisions out of the portfolio management
Location concepts
- Create location concepts with AMU support
- Ensure completeness and correctness of locations concepts
- Drive approval of location concepts within the Region
Options comparisons
- Prepare qualified option comparisons with AMU support
- Ensure completeness and correctness of the methodology used
- Drive related decision within the Region

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- 3~5 years of professional experience in Real Estate portfolio management.
- BA in engineering or business, MBA or advanced real estate or advanced degree preferred.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Advanced / expert understanding of Real Estate concepts (Consolidation projects, sale lease back, service management…)
- Cross-border / Cross-cultural working experience
- Advanced MS Office knowledge.
